The parcel / courier must have a code (EST /), and all warehouses without a code will be rejected.
Please submit the materials within 7 days after the goods are collected and arrive at the warehouse. It is not advisable to leave the warehouse for too long.
If you buy food, please inform in advance, there are small animals in the warehouse, we will keep it properly and put it on the iron frame. (All food will be delivered directly on the day of arrival, and no compensation will be made if there is any problem)
Fragile items
If you buy glass, marble or some goods that are easily crushed or squashed, please package the goods.
If there is any problem, no compensation. Suggestion: foam packaging and then wooden box
*The warehouse is also provided with cushion foam and wooden box service (the cost of wooden boxes and foam is calculated based on the size of the goods)
